I have a X-Sight 4K Pro 3-14x OPMOD. Scope has worked Flawlessly! When I first bought the scope I called ATN spoke with Austin Burton. I had a lot of Questions which he answered with True Knowledge about the product! I give this product and company a 5 Star Rating! Thank You

I had probably the best customer support from any company I ever dealt with. Everywhere in my area is sold out of the 4k pros and atn hooked me up with what I needed and answered all my ?'s. Great service and can't wait to use my new scope. Ty atn

Customer Service,(Ross Epstein) was great. Took a few days over the Holidays to get to my request, but once they responded, things went quickly Again, great company & great customer service. Have 3 of their scopes, no major problems at all, mostly operator error, me.

Thank you Ross Epstein with ATN for helping me with my scope issues. The WiFi on my new X-Sight 4k Pro would not connect to my iphone and after trying everything imaginable to fix it on my end, Ross got me a shipping label to send it to the factory. As soon as the return scope was scanned through FedEx, he put a new scope in the queue to ship out to me. I mailed the bad scope on the afternoon of 12-29-2020 and had my new scope today 1-4-2021. I had issues with my ATN Digital 4K scope. ATN’s support team immediately issued an shipping label for me to send the scope in for repair. Once they received it, they advised 10 business days. On the 10th day it was delayed so they are shipping me a quick mount system accessory for free. Great experience so far! The scope is real fun to use and has been a huge asset with the war on hogs. Highly recommend!

This guys are super busy, and I had a hard time to get hold of them, but once I was able to reach them they offered a great customer service, Will was an amazing help thru the process, now it is time to wait for my X-Sight 4K pro to arrive.
