I like the scope but have had a couple issues with the ir not working and customer service hung up on me the first call and haven't answered since and that was on jan the 7th. called today and Mr. Ross answered and got me fixed up with no hassel at all. Greatly appreciated my man.

I own three 4K pros and they are awesome my newest was acting up I dialed the number to atn and mr Rod Gerard picked up the phone assisted me in great way he is very knowledgeable about the scopes and very friendly I would recommend this company ! And his support for any problems you have if you ever have one ! You won’t regret buying these products !

I own 2 ATN scopes, Thor 4 and x-sight 4k pro. I have had a few MINOR issues in the last 1.5 I have owned them.. Customer support has been pretty good and prompt.. Then come Will.. he has done a fantastic job helping me with my issues!!

my ir quit working and i got ahold of customer service(jonathan flores) and he sent me out a replacement with upgraded shipping so it didnt leave me without a light and i could keep hunting. thanks again for fast response

I have been having issues with a Thor LT I just received and can not get in touch with anyone at atn. Haven’t heard back from anyone at atn to resolve this issue in 7 days.
