Had a slight issue with the IR illuminator that came with my 4k Pro 5-20 and spoke with Will and within minutes he had taken the issue into his hands and took care of my issue and then some. I see alot of people complaining about the ATN customer service but I have yet to see anything remotely close to what they speak of. Nothing but good customer service and accountability that I've seen in my interactions with them.
Just want to say thanks to Pablo Hernandez for his amazing customer service. I had a issue with the IR light I received with my 4K pro. I then emailed Pablo and told him the problems I was having with the Light and he more than solved them by hooking me up with a new IR850 SUPERNOVA!

They have Awesome customer service I ordered a 5 x 10 Thor thermal and had an issue and with a few emails I was sent a label to send it back and with in a couple weeks it was on the way back. I will definitely be back for more products

I’ve called a lot of customer service folks but Austin Burton definitely beats them all. After resolving my original issue he let me fire questions at him and we resolved about 10 other items, many of which were my fault and not the products. You know they’re swamped the days after Christmas but he hung in there and answered every item - to a very high technical level of detail I might add! Definitely recommend!
