My wife purchased a Thor 4 scope for me at Christmas. They were extremely helpful. I called them Sunday after Christmas for some help and they answered right away and were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I bought two 1st gen sights 6 years ago. One is still going strong but one no longer powered up so I sent it in for repair. They couldn't fix that old device but even thought the device was way past the guarantee date, they honored the guarantee in a way by offering me a huge rebate towards a newer model.

I got the X-Sight 4K for Christmas. I called in about the IR "light". Austin was very friendly and explained how the IR works and how to check it. I couldn't believe he answered the phone on a Sunday after Christmas. I would highly recommend them. I can't wait to hit the range.
