Pablo Hernandez helped me with an upgrade and explained clearly how the process works of returning a scope,I was in the middle of doing that and there was a communication break down. Pablo apologized for miss understanding and honored everything that was put in to play. It’s a little difficult to get someone on phone at this time of year not ok cause it’s the hunters busy time of year as well!!! I purchased the Atn Thor 4 384 7x28 from (Anthony)and it's amazing! He got it to me very quick! I held it up next to a pulsar and the ATN is the clear winner..Very user friendly and easy to use..The customer service has been outstanding for any questions or concerns I had.. Just bought a X-Sight 4K scope. Happy with the scope. It came with a bad IR Illuminator. But after a week of calling, messaging, & emailing, I finally got a hold of someone and they will be sending me a new one. Turns out there is an issue with the latest firmware update. So I'm sure they are getting a lot of calls about it and tying up the channels. I feel pretty good they will take care of me.
