My ATN scope just completely shut off and I cannot get it back on. ATN emailed back saying there is nothing they can do for the model. Emailed back trying to figure out what to do now with no response. Now I have a useless paperweight.

Great product, and excellent customer support. Had a small issue with my scope, talked with Ross and he listened patiently to my description, then not only recommended a course of action, but got my email address so he could follow up and make sure that I got my issue resolved. I have never had customer service from any company follow up like that. My confidence in my purchase went way up knowing that if I have an issue, the company actually does care about a positive resolution.

I needed some education and support regarding 4K and ABL1500. I called ATN customer support and account manager Austin Burton was very helpful. Professional, knowledgeable and on the mark . He was able to explain in detail , answering my questions and concerns. I love my ATN 4K and ABL 1500 enough, that I just purchased my first THOR optic as well. Highly recommend ATN for great products snd excellent support.

I own a HDII 5-20x and the 4k 3-14x and both have been awesome! I literally have zero problems with them. They work perfectly for me every time I go out! I’ve talked a few friends in to purchasing the NV scopes. But there wasn’t much talking to do once they saw how well they performed! A big shout out to Will at ATN for answering my questions along the way he has been great!! (Picture here was just a photo taken off my 4k)
