Ross Epstein is the guy to talk to if you have any issues! He got me a new scope shipped out in a hurry after my old one was faulty and the new scope had a compass error and he helped me get it taken care of. Atn has people that actually know the scopes and use them and don’t just work there. Great company great products great people!

I have 5 different ATN units and have been a customer for several years. I've had a few things (mostly user error) during this time that I've reached out for help on. James Munn helping directly to the customer service guys like Will, Gerald (who called me while jogging before work) to Ross and a couple of others; everyone has been great and the products have helped me harvest several animals! My family has eaten well with the help of atn products. Thanks guys

This is the best scope on the market bar none. easiest to setup one shot set, wifi, Bluetooth, automatic video recording. This scope cannot be beat. It does everything but pull the trigger. I'll never buy anything else.

I needed a rubber eye piece replaced on my device. I called and within 5 minutes a new one was being sent to my address. I received very good customer service on the phone. I recommend ATN and will buy again.

I’ve worked with Carlo in the past and he’s ALWAYS done a great job of communicating with me if I’ve had tech issues or wanted to purchase new devices. But this time he was busy and he had Oliver reach out to me. Oliver was equally as helpful and professional. I bought another new scope and a set of the thermal binoculars. So I now have 4 scopes and a set of thermal binoculars and love all of them. Thx to Oliver and Carlo and the rest of ATN for your help over the years!!
