Promised when I ordered it, it would be here on a certain day. It never came. No shipping or tracking info. Called the company, there is nothing they can do. It was never shipped. ATN’s customer service is awesome in particular Ross Epstein. I purchased a refurbished x-sight 4K pro directly from ATN. Shorty after purchasing and mounting, it developed an issue that could not be solved on my end using suggestions from the ATN Facebook group I’m now part of. Highly recommend that too. Anyway Ross was totally awesome to work with. As soon as FedEx was in possession of the return scope, I received an email with tracking info for the replacement. I was upset that my $6K NVD sheered off the On/Off switch during training. My email was answered in a prompt manner with a phone call and Ross E. was extremely helpful. After being assured that the nods would be serviced and repaired in a timely manner, covered under warranty, I'm satisfied with the outcome so far.
