Excellent customer service! I purchased an x-sight 4k pro and it came with a free IR850 Pro illuminator. the illuminator mount was missing some hardware and Ross was very responsive and sent me a replacement mount which arrived in under a week!

ATN has the best thermal on the market and the best Customer Service to back it up. Purchased ATN’s flagship model Thor 4 640 4-40 and overall image quality is unbelievable. Had an issue in the first week so I called and spoke with Austin who had me back hunting within 7 days just in time for a local coyote calling contest. Thanks again Austin and ATN!

New to ATN had a minor issue caused by myself was immediately remedied by the crew at ATN that is the type of customer service you can hang your hat on
Have both the 4k Pro 5x20 and the 4k Binos. Have had to call or message with customer service several times due to issues or my incompetence. Everyone in CS there has been extremely patient and helpful no matter the situation. Will helped me out this last time, and was fantastic!
