Got a Thor lt 320 in today mount I ordered with it didn’t fit. Will from the customer service team message me and sent me a new qd mount. Best service out there!
Long story short, I bought 2 ATN products and shortly after found out they were compatible. I decided to send them both back and get a upgrade scope. Throughout the entire process and understanding how high demand these are and how busy the staff at ATN is, they were so helpful and understanding and made sure that I was satisfied and that I got my upgrade and received it very fast. My brother and I purchased ATN Thor4 thermals before Christmas. After several very successful hunts my thermal was not operating properly. I contacted ATN and received a quick response from Ross. He tried to correct my issue with the hard wire factory reset, but had to return the unit.
