A Great Furniture Store! We had bought a loveseat. When we got home it had a flaw in the back of it and the leg had broke off a little. I called and told the sales lady. She just told me they would have to order another one for us. They were very happy to make it right with us. We went to pick the exchange up which was on Sept. 20th and the gentleman helping in the return was very helpful. We will return to purchase other pieces of furniture.
I wish I could live in your store! I loved my recent experience with the folks at American Signature Furniture in Franklin, TN! Courteous, knowledgeable staff who steered me in a direction that saved me money while still getting beautiful furnishings. I loved that! I do want it all and wish I could have it all. For now I am enjoying my black lacquer bedroom suite. Thank you ~ I'll be back.
Not A Smart Choice American Signature should be forced to change their name. Literally 99% of what they sell is imported from the Far East. Cheap quality, overpriced and they do not stand behind their product. We purchased 2 leather sofas and that were represented as 100% leather. Obviously this is not true as the leather is separating from the backing and looks terrible with only moderate use. We contacted the store and customer service said "Too bad, nothing we can do. They do not make leather like they use to."
Stay away from this place Customer service is horrible, we have a new dresser with a corner broken off of the outside edge, so we put it in the least noticeable position in the dresser. We tried to get it replaced; I went back the first time the day after delivery with the smashed drawer in hand, and the wonderful sales woman who took our commission saw me with the drawer in my hands and actually turned and walked away from me! Customer Service...What a Joke! Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a sofa and loveseat and 3 days after delivery I realized the sofa was broken. There was literally a piece of wood poking out the back. I called customer service and they took a week to send someone out to say, "Yup, it's broken!" Four days later someone called to arrange the exchange for a new sofa, but told me when they were coming and would not reschedule. Shady Business Practices American Signature Furniture Fort Myers, FL: Shady Business Practices! Better read the paperwork very closely! A Very disappointing transaction resulted in cancellation as soon as ALL the Charges became uncovered! The sales staff is misleading (not disclosing additional fees and changes) and the store management??s posture is simply aphetic. The unbelievable business practice of ??caveat emptor?? (let the buyer beware) awaits your next visit to American Signature Furniture in Fort Myers.
HORRIBLE--KENNESAW I got my furniture about 2 months ago. I'm pleased with the delivery of the furniture, pleased with the furniture itself, but am DISGUSTED with the personnel. The saleswoman, Fleeta, was disturbing. She's old but tries to pass as if she's in her twenties. She's a huge pretentious b*tch, and she was constantly looking at her wrinkled body in every mirror she could find to either fix her hair or adjust her badly worn make-up. WORST COMPANY EVER I purchased a movie theatre style couch back in March of 2010, and with that I also purchased the fabric protection plan. Well, long story short....my dog put a few rips and tears into the couch. So I called the claims number to file a claim, after being on hold for about 20 minutes, she informed me that it was denied.
