MRS I would rate them with no stars. My experience was bad. My mattress has come apart from the seems and they refuse to do anything about it. I have called wrote e-mails no response.
Shady Business Practices American Signature Furniture Fort Myers, FL: Shady Business Practices! Better read the paperwork very closely! A Very disappointing transaction resulted in cancellation as soon as ALL the Charges became uncovered! The sales staff is misleading (not disclosing additional fees and changes) and the store managementâs posture is simply aphetic. Terrible Service in GA Called for a repair on a sofa I got from there, they came out and said they had to order the part and it was on order this was in Novemember 09, I was constantly calling back no part. Then I went in the store and they said they needed more info to get the right part, then the part would be back in about 2 weeks.Finally got the part back April 22, 2010. Extremely Poor Service I ordered two large mirrors from ASF. One was in stock, but the other was not. Both of the mirrors were available on the floor (the floor models), however they refused to let me buy the floor model of the mirror that was out of stock (I found out later that they sold the floor model to someone else!..after I had wanted to buy it first!) American Signature Furniture bad business practices In September 2009 we ordered a Juno 3pc living room special that had an deliver expectancy of almost two months. Today, October 17, I received a letter that the ordered merchandise was not going to be available and they would give us a store credit. Good experience I have several pieces from American Signature. The leather sofa and chair are over 2 years old and looks like new. I also have a dining sideboard and bedroom furniture. I have not experienced any issues with quality or delivery times.
Delivery Delayed for 3 months! I've seen some other comments on here pertaining to delivery time. I have to be the winner for waiting the longest, which was my fault for not cancelling the order after the 2nd reschedule. I bought a sectional on December 24th of 2011. Paid for in full. I'm having problems with my furniture I ordered a bedroom suit and when they delivered it, the footboard & top of the armiore were both damaged. I had to wait a week to have someone come out to inspect it to approve the replacement, then another week after that until they brought the replacements. I was looking over the replaced pieces and both pieces have cracks in them!!! I'm very frustrated with the fact that they obviously do not inspect the furniture well before delivering it.
