Idiot Management Want to know why theres a merry go round at ASF.
American Signature Furniture Most furniture came very late, sales guy didn't charge me for couches and told me the COD at the last minute. Platform bed bottom drawer is coming apart.
MRS I would rate them with no stars. My experience was bad. My mattress has come apart from the seems and they refuse to do anything about it. I have called wrote e-mails no response.
Unacceptable Service An absolutely horrible experience! I purchased a chaise couch, in addition to a queen bed frame, box spring, and mattress. When it came time for delivery, the 2 delivery men claimed they couldn't get my couch into the apartment because it was "huge" (mind you, my saleswoman never told me that this was a larger than standard couch-- there was no mention of dimensions whatsoever). SO DISAPPOINTED IN SARASOTA, FL I found the perfect couch at American Signature. A cosmo cashmere loveseat/chaise. It was the right size the perfect shape and even though it was a little lighter shade than I originally was looking for since I had the Stainsafe put on it I was sure we would be OK. Nightmare I brought a sofa there in 2005. After it was delivered I noticed some flaws. I received nothing but the run around every time I called. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Finally after a month the came and got the piece of junk and refunded my money. The original sales person wasn't' even still employed there a week after my purchase. There stuff may look good and be reasonably priced but they are a bunch of shysters. BEWARE
Terrible Service in GA Called for a repair on a sofa I got from there, they came out and said they had to order the part and it was on order this was in Novemember 09, I was constantly calling back no part. Then I went in the store and they said they needed more info to get the right part, then the part would be back in about 2 weeks.Finally got the part back April 22, 2010. Extremely Poor Service I ordered two large mirrors from ASF. One was in stock, but the other was not. Both of the mirrors were available on the floor (the floor models), however they refused to let me buy the floor model of the mirror that was out of stock (I found out later that they sold the floor model to someone else!..after I had wanted to buy it first!) Delivery Had a heck of a time trying to get me furniture delivered. I purchased it on 01/02. Was not delivered until 02/12/10. Had to call headquarters in Ohio to get some assistance. Management never returns calls. when you call them you are put on hold until you have to hang up and start all over. People in the office that set up the delivery date and time give a new definition for rude. I will NEVER purchase anything from ASF again.
