Delivery Had a heck of a time trying to get me furniture delivered. I purchased it on 01/02. Was not delivered until 02/12/10. Had to call headquarters in Ohio to get some assistance. Management never returns calls. when you call them you are put on hold until you have to hang up and start all over. People in the office that set up the delivery date and time give a new definition for rude. I will NEVER purchase anything from ASF again.
Furniture on time??? No Way!!!!! Yah! I Should have read the reviews on this one!!! Seen there Ad on Television about the sectional. Got a great price on it The lady on the floor was very friendly ,but when you go in the back the have a Big Rude Hairy Monster waiting for you!!! No wonder they dont put that guy on the floor!!! 1st class service sells men are just what they are but kissers b.s. artist. but I got on time delivery, I had a dr appt later on in the day. the delivery driver call 1st thing in the morring let me konw what he had to do that day , when he would be here.. his name was brian, i bought from the kennesaw store, he was in & out he was working for his money. he helped me move a dresser that i could not do alone. wonderfull person , I work an industrial job & its imporant to take care of hard workers he was teaching another man ho... read more
Very happy with VCF in Mich I don't know their business practices in other states, but in Michigan they're great. The salesperson explained their whole inventory wharehousing system. Its on a stock,- pull system and this is why they can keep prices dow. One wharehouse that all the stores pull from. He explained to call when we were ready, to let them know the pieces we were looking for and then they would set up the date. They delivered as promised. The delivery people were excellent. Late delivery and rude We ordered a 5pc breakfast table and they were very courteous only till we signed the papers. Once it was done they said we have too many orders so it will be available only after 1.5 months. we liked it so much that we dint mind waiting. I called exactly on the date they had asked us to call. When I called the lady at reception was so rude that she said if its written on your receipt that today is delivery, then you will have delivery today. If not call back on your date. American Signature Furniture are liars. I also have received the run around from AS in Nashville. I ordered living room furniture in October 2009 and was told it would be in within one week. On the originally scheduled delivery date I was told my items were out of stock and wouldn't be in until the next week. I explained that I had to have the furniture by Thanksgiving and after being placed on hold forever they guaranteed me that it would be in within two weeks. American Signature Furniture bad business practices In September 2009 I ordered a Juno 3pc living room special they were offering for Labor day. I was given 3 delivery dates. The first was the beginning of October, then the middle then a final delivery date of 11/3/09. It was definite that I was to get it because I confirmed the night before with the store. Today, October 17, I received a letter that the ordered merchandise was not going to be available and they would give us a store credit. The problem is that we already bought other furnishings to accompany that specific set.
