Customer Service...What a Joke! Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a sofa and loveseat and 3 days after delivery I realized the sofa was broken. There was literally a piece of wood poking out the back. I called customer service and they took a week to send someone out to say, "Yup, it's broken!" Four days later someone called to arrange the exchange for a new sofa, but told me when they were coming and would not reschedule. Sleazy marketing We went to AS for a bedroom set. A salesman met us at the door and showed us a set which was not exactly what we wanted, but looked fairly decent. Then I asked about the "Half Off Memorial Day Sale," and was told that meant half off equivalent furniture -- you have to look very closely at their sales ad to find this. Then, when he gave us a price for the set I remarked that it was much higher than the five piece sale price, I was told that the the bed was three pieces. Best furniture store! This store is so nice. My kids are rough on there furniture and everything I've gotten from here has lasted well. The delivery people are also super nice and do a great job building everything they even helped me move the old furniture out to the garage.
lilly I love this store when you arrived the sales persons help to you to find the correct furniture and price. The products are beautiful and affordable and they have a great showroom to show you how the furniture look.
Service We bought a sofa and breakfast table from American Signature Furniture two years ago. We took out the insurence as we knew the furniture is less expensive than elsewhere. Within the first year, two chairs to the breakfast table had broken. I called the service department and they sent someone out that week - a new chair arrived the following week. Horrible customer service! Extremely disappointing, poor customer service, conflicting informattion, false promises and lies. On March 3, 2012 after much thought and consideration, we selected and paid in full a red leather-like sofa sectional only to discover during check out it was not in stock but would be in on March 31 and could be delivered April 7. Delivery Delayed for 3 months! I've seen some other comments on here pertaining to delivery time. I have to be the winner for waiting the longest, which was my fault for not cancelling the order after the 2nd reschedule. I bought a sectional on December 24th of 2011. Paid for in full. The ONLY Place I'd Go For Furniture I went in to replace my living room furniture which was destroyed by last year's flood. I previously tried Sticks N Stuff, then Rooms to Go, but the furniture, although cheap, started falling apart within weeks. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by salesperson, Jeff Copeland.
