Buyer Beware!!!!!! I am sorry to say that I have been stupid enough to go back more than once after making purchases with AS. It seems as though AS makes all kinds of promises they can't keep. They NEVER deliver when and what they say the will. There will ALWAYS be an issue with delivery. They will tell you that the item is in stock and then turn around and call the day before delivery (not giving enough time to look elsewhere) and tell you that there was a problem and all but something will be delivered. Furniture on time??? No Way!!!!! Yah! I Should have read the reviews on this one!!! Seen there Ad on Television about the sectional. Got a great price on it The lady on the floor was very friendly ,but when you go in the back the have a Big Rude Hairy Monster waiting for you!!! No wonder they dont put that guy on the floor!!! HORRIBLE--KENNESAW I got my furniture about 2 months ago. I'm pleased with the delivery of the furniture, pleased with the furniture itself, but am DISGUSTED with the personnel. The saleswoman, Fleeta, was disturbing. She's old but tries to pass as if she's in her twenties. She's a huge pretentious b*tch, and she was constantly looking at her wrinkled body in every mirror she could find to either fix her hair or adjust her badly worn make-up. Late delivery and rude We ordered a 5pc breakfast table and they were very courteous only till we signed the papers. Once it was done they said we have too many orders so it will be available only after 1.5 months. we liked it so much that we dint mind waiting. I called exactly on the date they had asked us to call. When I called the lady at reception was so rude that she said if its written on your receipt that today is delivery, then you will have delivery today. If not call back on your date. not thrilled We bought a bedroom suite about two months ago from AS. Our sales rep took us right to what we were hoping to find and sold us on a great deal...or so we thought. As it was two months ago, I may be a little fuzzy on the exact particulars, but the store was offering a financing deal on items in the AS line. If you spend $1500 or more, they were offering zero down and no interest for 12 months PLUS a ten year warranty. beware I purchased a bedroom set and a mattress three years ago. Horrible springs are coming up out of the the whole bed cant turn the mattress over. GARBAGE!!!! Could not great credit through AS so they sent me to their finance company worse company you will ever deal with. You have to pay off balance in 12 months if you are late they add all types of fees.And they reported it to the credit bureau as a mortgage account and I was trying to purchase a home. RUN dont waste your hard earned money at this store.
Mrs We just purchased a three piece leather sofa set and couldn't be happier.We shopped several stores and we couldn't find anything that came close to the price and quality. The salesman answered all our questions, didn't try to pressure us and was very knowlegable. Delivery was excellent. It was not only delivered when promised but the two guys who delivered it worked their tails off trying to get it through a very narrow doorway with out tearing it Will purchase from them again
AWESOME!! OMG! what are you all talking about..American Sig is the best!! I went to the Tampa store in Carrollwood twice looking at sectionals..Second time I went, I made my choice and the salesman was AWESOME!! No pressure from him, just answered all of my questions and was so professional. I bought it set up my delivery date for the upsoming weekend. They called that Friday to verify delivery time. They told me they would deliver the next day between 7:30 and 10:30.. They came at 7:45 Am! They were on time and soooo nice!!... read more
