Pedicure with shellac , after 2 weeks the shellac peeled off and not just little pieces or just around the edges the whole nail came off in one piece .

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I asked the first technician not to file my nails down too much, she was fine and understood. However, partway through, a man took over and completely ignored that request. He filed my nails down so aggressively that they’re now painfully thin. He also cut my pinky finger, which bled, and applied some chemical that stung badly, it’s still sore now. He also cut two other cuticles, both of which bled. Genuinely the worst experience I have EVER had getting my nails done. Left me waiting for 40~ minutes with no warning of such a long wait time when it wasn't that busy, then got up and left and switched people multiple times leaving me waiting during my actual nail service. I only got an acrylic set on my hands which usually takes 45min-1hr but I was in there for 3 whole hours. Its a shame I am writing this review as have been here before and it was okay. This time, I went for a pedicure. As the lady was filing my foot, she cut the back of it (quite badly) and it started pouring blood. She had scraped off a long, thick chunk of my skin. She covered it in a yellowy powder which I am hoping was antiseptic but not too sure as she didn’t tell me what it was. Then when it was time to pay, she didn’t even offer any sort of discount at all. When I asked, she seemed a bit annoyed and offered a £5 discount.... read more
