They absolutely DESTROYED my nail bed with the gel removal, the lady even messed up my cuticles and surrounding area by rushing and letting the electric file go onto my skin multiple times. So I went in not needing a manicure (just gel change) and came out probably needing a manicure from the damage done. Me and my 2 daughter has been going here for about 6 years now Tina and her work family are amazing they are always very pleased to see you and you are spoke to as soon as you walk through the door,, I have never had any problems and have always walked out with the most amazing nails and always feel pampered,, even when they are super busy they still go out of there way to not leave you waiting to long or to keep checking that you are ok.
