Our members range for 7 years old to 96, including local police, fire, military, we have the beginning exercise enthusiast to the professional and competitive athlete. I love American Iron gym! It has exactly what I need without everything I don't need! I get in, I work out hard and I leave. Everyone is kind, supportive and respectful. I can appreciate a "no bull crap" kind of place!
