Lot of weights to choose from. Not crowded like other gyms.
I’ve been a member of American Iron for over 4 years and it is, by far, the best gym in the Reno/Sparks area!! The owners, Bob and Tammy, have been a part of the Power Lofting/ Weightlifting world for years and really know what they’re doing. They have a passion for the industry and their members who want to improve themselves. The personal trainers are also tremendously knowledgeable and push their clients to be the best they can be. The members are there to work, not socialize, unlike many of the other “gyms” in this area.
There's more weights and more fitness equipment for EVERYONE to go around. And there's also REAL weights made of PURE cast iron that make that clanking sound when load the weights onto the bar and when you re rack them. The people who train there are overall nice and friendly which is a plus and unlike most fitness centers there is also hard rock music that is frequently played plus most of the walls are painted orange. It ALL adds up to a killin it workout atmosphere.

Excellent workout. Back and delts workout. Always look pumped after a Eidem workout!
