Really awesome gym and very interested and kind people who will help you out with pointers and opens early so I can make it before work
Looks like a great place to train in whatever you do. We were there for a powerlifting meet- very well run meet with plenty of warm up space and room for spectators.
I've only been to this gym twice since signing up 24hours ago and all I can say is this Gym is Awesome...
