Start with the owners, Tammy & Bob whom both have passion to helping others improve & succeed - for decades. Excellent equipment and facilities cover everything for the average Joe, Cross-Fit or Strongman competitor. Many personal trainers to choose from and everyone is nice. Several Racks for Power-Lifters and a customized smartphone app to help make a plan. Locally owned and operated by great people, that is what matters the most in my book.
Love this place. It has a real old school feeling to it and the owners were amazing...and in hand to help me out. Ill definitely be back next time I'm in town
