We provide extensive knowledge, and top of the line equipment in a community and extended family atmosphere. Our members range for 7 years old to 96, including local police, fire, military, we have the beginning exercise enthusiast to the professional and competitive athlete. This is a true gym, with serious bodybuilders, not a fitness center. Everyone is so helpful. I love seeing the owners walk around talking with people and helping train people. I'll never go to any other gym. The owners are so friendly.

Wow!! Met Mr. Nevada 2002 Phil Pape at his sports nutrition outlet. He recommended this place. Awesome atmosphere. Not a fitness center but a great weight-training facility. Real iron plates and dumbbells. Staff and members were nice too.
