Our members range for 7 years old to 96, including local police, fire, military, we have the beginning exercise enthusiast to the professional and competitive athlete. This gym has been good to me very motivating gym everybody is always in there working hard in return makes me work hard. I'm down 99 pounds and counting.
Everyone there is like family and there is always help if you need it. Best gym I have ever been to and I don't plan on going anywhere else ever again
