Our members range for 7 years old to 96, including local police, fire, military, we have the beginning exercise enthusiast to the professional and competitive athlete. RecommendedGreat setup! multiple areas for different types of lifting and workouts from general fitness, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, martial arts, strongman. They have a turf area, bags and all the fun toys!! And a posing room for the bodybuilders!! Great facility hosting meets & competitions which are well run.
