RecommendedGreat setup! multiple areas for different types of lifting and workouts from general fitness, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, martial arts, strongman. They have a turf area, bags and all the fun toys!! And a posing room for the bodybuilders!! Great facility hosting meets & competitions which are well run.

I love the atmosphere and people at this place! Everyone is friendly and made me feel like I belonged to the family.. they also have a clean gym floor and the latest in gym equipment
