First time experience in American hospital … I can’t say it was great for me since I was sick .. however the people working there deserve a Big Thank You ! … from Wissam and Mustafa at Reception to Mehdi and Dr Collin’s … I have a very high tension level .. just talking to them makes you forget … and the empathy they show is Grand. I have 20 yrs exp in CS and MOT mapping. Those gentlemen deserves recognition and appreciation. I wish to hear that the American Hospital mngmt team recognized their efforts. The emergency team is phenomenal, super professional, genuinely caring and you can see the vibes of the teamwork and human touch , I was lucky to be taken care by Layal Alsayed, one of the most professional nursing staff I ever came across even when I was admitted she was making sure the transition from ER to internal medicine is smooth.
So professional, competant and attentive staff. They took time to explain everything clearly. Especially Dr. Sana karkar made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly appreciated and recommended.
