I visited American Hospital Dubai today and, despite the very busy reception and long waiting time, Daoud from the Reception team truly stood out. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every patient, always helping with a genuine smile. I also had a great experience with Dr. Rawan and her team. Daoud’s kindness and exceptional patient care made the waiting time feel much easier. A great example of outstanding customer service. His efforts definitely deserve recognition from management.
The service and care are truly exceptional; Dr. Awais, the support staff, and the nursing team are all excellent.
