Five stars and more! They did an excellent job and cleaned up after so well it was better than when they got there. Eddie R**** and his helper were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company!
Derrick and Joe were awesome with installing our shower. They were very polite and respectful during the whole visit. They took time out to make sure everything was done right. Derrick and Joe included me in with the decision with the shower. I would highly recommend these two gentleman on doing another job within my home or anyone else's home.
I had four windows installed in my living room yesterday. The installers were Tim P**** and his son Patrick. I was very pleased with their work. They were very professional and they did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them.
In my opinion, this has been one of the worst experiences with ever dealing with a contractor. The first installers that showed up not only broke glass from windows several times but also smoked cigarettes while my windows were out. One also ended up being so careless that glass and cut his leg ended in an ER visit. At that time, I had a window in my upstairs that was exposed to the outside elements. We share your disappointment that your installation did not go as planned. Unfortunately, our installer was injured and had to leave the job. Our priority regarding your home was to secure the opening, so we sent a technician immediately to ensure it was protected. Fortunately, we were able to complete your window installation the next day; within the 2 days as promised. We hate to hear that we did not meet your expectations.
