Wow!! Nate D***** (Nicole wasn't on our job) did an amazing job with our new walk-in Shower installation from American Home Design. Nate went above and beyond even replacing some drain pipe that wasn't working correctly! He made sure we were happy with everything and even when our shower bench wasn't on his list, our salesman, Rich C******** ran to their warehouse and personally delivered it so Nate could get it installed today! I had a tub to shower remodel done and Mike and Jamie did an amazing job installing it. They answered any questions I had and kept me informed if there was a problem. I would definitely recommend American Home Design.

The installation was performed on time and as promised. The installer, Mr. Randy R*****, ensured the shower met all my expectations. During the installation, keeping the work area clean was continuously performed by the installer. I would recommend American Home Design to everyone.

*************** Nate and Nicole D***** did a GREAT job installing our walk-in shower with bench! They removed old tub and plumbing with no mess at all and no disruptions in my household. Would love to have them back! Mark C***** was great salesman, giving me advice while helping to keep costs down! Mark helped to relieve my anxiety about this big project! Thanks to all!

American Home Design just replaced 16 windows in our Columbia, TN home. We can't say enough good things about them. This is how home upgrades are supposed to work. Excellent service from start to finish. Rich did a great job in his sales presentation. Tommy, Vicky and everyone in the office were thoughtful and communicated well as the installation days approached. Kenneth H*****and Chandra installed my screened in back porch a few days ago and did a fantastic job! They were on time, communication clearly on what I should expect and discussed plans to ensure nothing had changed. Extremely respectful and answered all my questions without rushing or becoming irritated. They were wonderful to work with and Kenneth's skill level was definitely on point to complete the job successfully. I'm very, very pleased!
