Had an amazing pedicure here recently. I play a lot of sport and so my feet can need sorting from time to time. Ruby did an amazing job, really great service and came out feeling brand new. Will be coming back soon for sure!

This used to be my go to place but my last few visits have been terrible. Booked an appointment today and wasn’t seen for 25 mins after my booking time. A man did my nails today who I hadn’t seen before and he did an awful job, the gel is all around my cuticles. I could’ve done a better job myself. This has happened a few times now so I’m going to stop going here and go somewhere else on Orpington high street as there are a lot of nail salons

Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Atmosphere This nail salon used to be the go-to place, but sadly, customer service has deteriorated significantly. They regularly turn away customers hours before closing, making it impossible to rely on them for appointments. My mum and I arrived at 3 PM, well within their posted hours, only to be rudely dismissed without a second glance, as if they were closing immediately. Very disappointed paying 40£ with a really short and basic nails without any design while in else where it was 35£ including the design and disrespectful client never going again.
