This used to be my go to place but my last few visits have been terrible. Booked an appointment today and wasn’t seen for 25 mins after my booking time. A man did my nails today who I hadn’t seen before and he did an awful job, the gel is all around my cuticles. I could’ve done a better job myself. This has happened a few times now so I’m going to stop going here and go somewhere else on Orpington high street as there are a lot of nail salons
Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Atmosphere This nail salon used to be the go-to place, but sadly, customer service has deteriorated significantly. They regularly turn away customers hours before closing, making it impossible to rely on them for appointments. Very disappointed paying 40£ with a really short and basic nails without any design while in else where it was 35£ including the design and disrespectful client never going again.
Brilliant services been going here for over a year and always look after my nails and recommend to everyone and always friendly and helpful
I used to enjoy going there for nail extensions. Lovely staff etc. However when I started getting "builder gel" on my own nails my experience turned BAD. I was told I was getting "builder gel" when I wasn't...THREE different nail salons had confirmed it was not "builder gel"- it was very thin and thinking of if, it wasn't applied like the way my new salon has now applied a proper builder gel.
