Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Did not receive any help picking out my washer and dryer, waited 1.5 hours to check out because none of the three employees could figure out how to use the computer or where to find their manager. I wanted to start a store card, they informed me that they were not trained on how to start the new cards. I got a free washer cord for my 'troubles' ($25, I made a $1500 purchase).
