This store has had no operating telephones for more than two weeks. When we bought four appliances, the sales associate was unable to schedule our delivery and he had to call us the following week to give us the date. He said that we would receive a call the day before the delivery with a time window. We never received the call and because of the store's inoperative phones and no way to contact it via email, we were left waiting all day for a delivery that never arrived. It was my first time at sears outlet store Pittsburgh. It was very clean inside. Our sales associate dale was very helpful and kind. As was our loading helper and everyone else amongst the store. I will definitely be back in the future.
