Rabecca, Trudy, dale and leola were great. Always friendly and customer service focused. No matter how busy they had a smile and ready to help. Only issue I had was with Dana who was referred to deliver because I was told the delivery team they contract with is careless, never returned my calls or text so I had to find someone to pick up item
I had the pleasure of speaking with Leola she was definitely helpful with all the questioned that I had for her. I felt that she is very knowledgeable about the stores product and what was in my best interest.

My fiance and I were shopping around for a refrigerator. Someone had mentioned sears "scratch and dent". I had never heard of it before but wanted to check it out. We actually found one that we liked. The sales accociate Mike was very knoledgeable and helped walk us threw the warehouse. He was very patient with me. I can be picky with big purchases.
