Dale was very helpful and accommodating. Even when he was busy with multiple customers, he made sure we were ok. Erik was awesome as well, and made sure we got our refrigerator loaded so we didn't have to make a second trip. This was my first time in the store and I will definitely be back!
I got all new kitchen appliances and my experience was great! Rabecca has a background in design and is knowledgeable. She helped me select the perfect package for my kitchen within my budget. Dale was very helpful with details of each and arranging delivery. They were personable and professional! Thank you!!
Leola Q was the only associate on the floor and she was doing it all....assisting customers, taking payments. She was very pleasant, and processed my payment efficiently. Good job!
Naomi was great in helping me resolve an issue and getting me the item I was looking for, I drove 5 hrs from Upstate NY to pickup the item, and when I got there Mike helped get the item and ALL associated parts together and loaded into my vehicle. great prices, friendly dedicated staff, can't go wrong.
The staff was excellent Leola and Mike were on there game. They both were knowledgeable about there products and took the time with me to buy my appliance! I would recommend this location
I have never been so impressed with a sales staff as I have been with the Sears Outlet Store on 51st St. Our salesman was Mike who did a great job however somehow the refrigerator we purchased never made it on the truck for delivery and the stove was damaged when they took it off the truck. We refused the order and jumped into the car on a Sunday evening mad and disappointed. When we arrived at the store Rebecca was the manager on duty.
