I went in and did a finance. They sent me the wrong color couch . I order a rug as well they never sent it. Then they charged me $110.00 for delivery fee. They said next day delivery but they came days later. When they finally came with the couch it was the wrong color .So I immediately called and the manger at the store told me he apologizes,but the color couch I wanted isn’t available “they had the wrong color tag on the couch”. On July 24 I went into the store and financed a couch and loveseat bed frame and mattress set and a deep freeze they had everything except the bed frame in stock and told me it would be two weeks for it to be in which was acceptable to me so I went ahead with the purchase. The finance was basically a90 days same as cash which I paid off in plenty of time. Three months later I was still getting the run around about my bed frame so I told them I just wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. I was informed that they wo... read more
