They were very prompt and when the first person had problems they had someone else out almost immediately to complete the work.
They responded quickly to my request for service and were right on time. The replacement part was in stock and they replaced it the same day. A little pricey for a part that fits in your hand ($500+), but my system was up and running when they left and has been working great since then.
They called the following morning after my inquiry and came out the same day. It is unusual to get same day service during the heat of summer. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired and had to be replacfed

A part had to be ordered so the service men had to come back to install it. Once they had the part they installed it quickly. Just a little pricey.
