Pleasant people on the phone, prompt service, excellent work crew for installation
The bill did not have a breakdown of the parts and labor separate. It was all inclusive. Plus in order to get a lower rate, I needed to join a club, and then couldn't use my $25 coupon, so I still paid the higher price, but get 2 maintenance services for the year, plus priority on future calls. The overall price seemed high, but my A/C was broken, so I had to get it fixed. My service technician was really nice and very professional. The company responded to my request very fast, so that was a definite plus. Thank you!

Perfect service! Fast and easy. Had our air conditioner up and running in an hour. Sigh end up for maintenance plan!
They did what they promised. they were late for appointments but called. and only problem I did have is they rescheduled me 1 hour before an appointment and blamed it on car trouble. I was a little upset because I took the day off work and burned a vacation day only to have them reschedule.
Only had one problem with this company, when they were doing the installation of the new air duct, dust and debris fell on the carpet, installers keep walking back and forth without placing a runner to protect the carpet. I brought in my shop vac trying to clean as they worked. Other than that, great company, would use again and recommend to friends and family.
Jose showed up on time. I only needed an A/C tune-up, but was very pleased with the information he provided me. American Dream Services was offering a special, so I feel I got very good and thorough service for the money.
Superlative service! Our technician, Ricky, was very efficient and carefully explained what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and service.
The guys who came out were amazing!!!! They weren't trying to force me to buy and replace things that didn't need to be replaced. They were honest and extremely friendly. They set my mind at ease on what was needed and when it would be needed. They made what I felt was going to be an extremely stressful situation and put my mind at ease. Me and my entire family and friends will be using this company for everything we need. Thank you for being such an honest company, you guys are the best!!!!!
