Technicians are very courteous and knowlegeable about their craft.
Very courteous and professional. Showed up right on time and easy to set appointment time.

I hired American Dreams because they responded to my HomeAdvisor post promptly and gave me a reasonable quote for maintenance of my AC unit. The tech was there in less than 2 hours. Of course I know these companies tend to low ball their maintenance charge so they can open up the unit and find something to actually fix. This guy found a capacitor that had started to barely leak. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove it and show me the leak, so I knew the labor was minimal. He quoted me $485. I told him OK, but as soon as... read more

I?m sorry you felt we ?low balled? our maintenance charge. We felt we gave you the best option at the time. We actually have 2 levels of maintenance and an option for a diagnosis charge. They have outstanding service, the workers are really good along with the customer service reps on the phone. They're very efficient, and had a very quick response. Great People to work with!
Extremely helpful on the phone. Explained what the charges would be for a diagnostic call. Very friendly. Brandon, the technician, was efficient, helpful, kind and he had a wonderful sense of humor. The problem turned out to be a strap that that should not have been installed (by me). We all had a good laugh about it!
