Jesus was an expert! He knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem. He was quick and didn't push the maintenance contract on us. But the contract was super!
Repairman didn't hesitate to educate me on how to keep the AC functioning to maximum capacity. Also explained the use of a variety of coolants and cautioned about mixing same.
American Dream replied to my request on Sunday afternoon. They sent Pedro out on Monday morning . He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He called promptly with the quote for repairs and replacement.The air conditioning was repaired with new parts and good service, even finding a previously unknown problem and fixing that. My tenant was pleased to say that by noon on Monday he was already enjoying the relief of a functioning air conditioning system. A lifesaver in Bakersfield.
