I feel I was way overcharged. It was 107 degrees and needed the ac fixed didn't have time to shop around. The part replaced was under $100. When I researched and they charged me $500. The customer service was good.

They called me within minutes of putting in my request for contractors, had a service man meet me later that day, started compete new system the next morning and had cool air by 6 PM. Excellent job.
Compressor went out on a Saturday nite during heat wave. Repairman installed new comp on Sunday morning. Very courteous and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
They were on time, efficient, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them.
