Awesome Staff! Awesome selection of low mile vehicles
I have been calling the warranty Dept since May 28. Today I called 4 times was hung up on twice by the operator. The attitude I was given was its your problem not ours. One rep threatened to hang up on me. I asked for a supervisor and was told he would give me the same answers. He did he had the same attitude and then informed me he has been in customer service for 40 years. I explained what the mechanic told me, this supervisor said the mechanic was wrong. I regret doing business with this place.
Late model low mileage easy approval
The whole experience, I know of someone who had the worse experience with them... They don't work with you if you are 2 days late, they come repo the car, and make you pay a $600 tow, are you kidding me... they will take your money if you make half a payment and still come repo the car even after you talk to them... The major car chains treat you way better... I will never come here... They are getting over on people... I've seen it happen to someone twice...
great service and they are family oriented
