I have had a vehicle with them for almost 3 years every payment on time. I called today to get a payment deferred and my account rep said she can’t help me and any time I call with questions or concerns they are all hateful. Never nice at all! I cannot wait until my car is paid off!

KT was good and explained everything clearly and on point. Tony was also good on explaining our lease on the car.
Have had my car 4 months made every payment on time. Tried to get a payment deferred, because my husband and I both had to miss a week of work because of the covid 19 work wouldn’t let us work till his test came back. (Negative) So we both missed work (2 paychecks) they will not work with you in any way just to defer one payment! Not to mention the customer service/ payment center personnel are rude not just this time but even when making a payment they are not friendly at all. Merritt & Deon Were AMAZING! I Got There At About 5:15 - 5:30.. Even Though They Closed At 6 We We’re There Until 8! They Greeted Me Immediately, Took My Information, & Got The Process Started NO WAIT! I Love How They Didnt Pressure Me Into Purchasing But Made Sure That I Got A NICE, AFFORDABLE, Car That Fits My Budget & That I Was Happy With! I Wish I Could Give Them More Than 5 Stars!
