I've had an account with you for over 10 years. For the past 8 months, funds were removed from my account by your own error and you REFUSE TO RETURN IT. You've lost this customer over a relatively small amount of money due to your lack in communication, lack of customer service, and lack of customer consideration.
I have been an active member of American Airlines Credit Union since 1961 and have been very happy with their service.
Great interest rates/dividends on savings and checking accounts, competitive rates on vehicle loans, low interest credit cards, etc. The mobile app is very basic and hard to navigate when compared to other banks. It also has very low daily deposit and funds transfer limits.
Avoid banking with American Airlines Credit Union. STAY AWAY
Apparently, a document was not signed when my account was opened. Almost a year later, they decided to freeze my debit card with no notice. 2 hours of being transferred on the phone later, I signed a nonessential form via DocuSign. I now need to “wait till tomorrow” and go to the TX branch to get my account fixed. I live in Florida...
As a new member, I wasn’t familiar with the fee structure. Several attempts to message and call and I’ve just been sent in circles. I left Wells Fargo with the hopes of a more customer service oriented financial institution and I’m beginning to regret my decision. Do better
