I need my bank statement like yesterday and it's still not out yet for the month of September. Every other bank I've banked with has been on time with this information... so frustrated...
Why would you have a financial institution where you can't get your cash out of the account? Such a pain to get $2000 out because can't get from teller line and can't get from ATM unless you call to get daily limit extended. So called the customer service line and got limit extended after having to give them a reason for withdrawing the money. Then went to ATM to withdraw $2000 and it said I can't request this amount. Avoid-They operate in the last century even though they purchased a core system that is able to operate in the 21st Century. I had a secured Visa and asked to make it unsecured. I was told that since I reside outside the USA, they cannot offer that product. I'm an American expat out of the country for 2 years for work and do have a USA mailing address.
