I paid off my loan and closed my account. When i asked them to provide a letter saying the account was closed. They told me i had to send a request with my id and extra other steps to their headquarters asking to reopen my account so i can have it closed it again. Like really what? All i need is a letter or email saying the account is closed and the loan is paid off. Okay I would like to update my review. Your Charlotte airport branch is worthless. Two horrible employees not knowing the rules. Thanks but no thanks.
From giving wrong information, to attitude fill representatives, to just not doing their job...Can't even speak a supervisor or manager because they refuse calls. The inconvenience they put you in which forces you to call and try find a resolution is ridiculous. 10 call is what it has taken, 10 CALLS because someone gave me wrong information on the 1st call
We love our AA Credit Union peeps. THANK YOU for all that you do!!
