Our house was broken into on July 4th morning - and wallets and check books were stolen. We called to report this and were told to call back on Tuesday during business hours. We did - however, you NEVER flagged the accounts - the money was taken out LAST NIGHT - hours after we notified you. Now we have to go through the hassle of bouncing checks that were previously mailed, and waiting until you give the money back. Waiting a few days to get money and checks and debit cards is NOT OK. I paid off my loan and closed my account. When i asked them to provide a letter saying the account was closed. They told me i had to send a request with my id and extra other steps to their headquarters asking to reopen my account so i can have it closed it again. Like really what? All i need is a letter or email saying the account is closed and the loan is paid off. Okay I would like to update my review. From giving wrong information, to attitude fill representatives, to just not doing their job...Can't even speak a supervisor or manager because they refuse calls. The inconvenience they put you in which forces you to call and try find a resolution is ridiculous. 10 call is what it has taken, 10 CALLS because someone gave me wrong information on the 1st call
