I want to say that the people that work at the credit union are fantastic, always helpful, always looking out for my best interests. Words along don't quite cover how happy l am with the people the handle the members services. HOWEVER!!! The new Web site is terrible, l understand updating the site, but, it's easier to launch a nuclear missile, than pay by bills, l don't think it's user friendly and just over complicated for the job it needs to do!!!! So l give the Web page 2 thumbs down
Totally been pleased with my over 20-year membership.
I like that American Airlines have a branch at Charlotte International Airport and I love it an being a part of it I have been a full pledge member for over 25 YEARS, :)
Worst mobile upgrade ever! So unusable I'm considering leaving after 15 years
Online banking rollout a debacle (aka - disaster). Accessibility to 'knowledgeable operators who knew the answers (not just "I'm sorry") was impossible. Instead of the beloved Credit Union, you're fast becoming the bureaucratic institutions like WELLS FARGO, CHASE, & other banks. Sad sad day indeed.
Its good but I need to set account on line I don't have a car to go to credit union all the time
