Worst customer service in the industry. They still have not returned any calls regarding their mess up. 1 star is one too many stars to rated them.

All fantastic until you adopted the new Oct 2015 policy of holding checks for a week or more no matter the amount. I had a $6 transfer of funds from a friend for coffee and the funds aren't going to be ready for 7 days... Really?! On a $6 transfer? My direct deposit from American Airlines payroll is supposed to go through Thursday at midnight, but I will have closed my account by then. Also, thank you for not announcing any of this to anyone - maybe if you decide to announce you are removing this policy I'll come back.

Love the Credit union, DETEST the new website. The programmers must have been asleep when they designed and wrote the Set Your New Password page. Here's the scene: I forgot my password, called aacu 800 number, had special pin number sent, entered "special number" in correctly and New page came up where I could 're-set my password. STEP ONE: ENTER YOUR OLD PASSWORD! Worker bee at accu - I FORGOT my password! When I get back home I will be in to see y'all. Have a good day.
I purchased a prepaid card for travel to China in March of 2014. I did not receive the card and therefore could not use it. I have been trying to have the money refunded to my account since. I was told several weeks ago that it would be done. I was also charged $5 for two calls to Prepaid Travel Services(PTS) trying to resolve the issue. I was told by PTS that the charges could be refunded by a call to AAFCU. Called AAFCU same day and was told it was taken care of.
