I have flown a lot of different airlines and this is by far the worst! Will not be using you again!
All fantastic until you adopted the new Oct 2015 policy of holding checks for a week or more no matter the amount. I had a $6 transfer of funds from a friend for coffee and the funds aren't going to be ready for 7 days... Really?! On a $6 transfer? My direct deposit from American Airlines payroll is supposed to go through Thursday at midnight, but I will have closed my account by then. Also, thank you for not announcing any of this to anyone - maybe if you decide to announce you are removing this policy I'll come back.

Love the Credit union, DETEST the new website. The programmers must have been asleep when they designed and wrote the Set Your New Password page. Here's the scene: I forgot my password, called aacu 800 number, had special pin number sent, entered "special number" in correctly and New page came up where I could 're-set my password. STEP ONE: ENTER YOUR OLD PASSWORD! Worker bee at accu - I FORGOT my password! When I get back home I will be in to see y'all. Have a good day.
I purchased a prepaid card for travel to China in March of 2014. I did not receive the card and therefore could not use it. I have been trying to have the money refunded to my account since. I was told several weeks ago that it would be done. I was also charged $5 for two calls to Prepaid Travel Services(PTS) trying to resolve the issue. I was told by PTS that the charges could be refunded by a call to AAFCU. Called AAFCU same day and was told it was taken care of. I want to say that the people that work at the credit union are fantastic, always helpful, always looking out for my best interests. Words along don't quite cover how happy l am with the people the handle the members services. HOWEVER!!! The new Web site is terrible, l understand updating the site, but, it's easier to launch a nuclear missile, than pay by bills, l don't think it's user friendly and just over complicated for the job it needs to do!!!! So l give the Web page 2 thumbs down
