Love the credit union, hate the new website! Can we still use the older one? Did i mention that I HATE IT?
In customer service the last interaction is the one remembered. With the launch of the new app there are going to be hiccups because people are used to the old system. AACU SHOULD REMEMBER THAT AND NOT DISREGARD FRUSTRATIONS WITH A TOO BAD SO SAD RESPONSE.
Help me a lot when ever I need to pay my bills, with loans, last year my father pass away, they were the only ones who help me out with a loan for this cituation, either that I already had one. (Loan from them)
There ATM in MIA (terminal J) never works. There branch refuse to do transactions 12 minutes before closing time.
Your service sucks! I don't know how many pages you have but I'll still posting that it sucks. Very disappointed with the way you are dealing with the passengers...
