Had an issue with my credit card payment and member services took care of everything and reversed all the late charges and fees. I was fed up with how banks usually treat their customers but AAFCU is different. Your customers relations management is exceptional as well as the products you offer to your members. Switching to AAFCU was the best decision we made for our family. Keep up the nice job!

Really disappointed in your operation. AACU has created massive problems for me by playing with one of my accounts without notifying me and left me with a mess to clean up. I will be switching to another credit union as soon as possible.
Same as the airline. Stellar my ass. Its all america west n they filed bankruptcy in 1989 as an employee owned company. AA, RIP.
