Horrific home buying experience. Almost no communication, 1 or 2 emails a day if I was lucky. Repeatedly asked for docs I had already sent over. Somehow didn't know there was a co buyer on the loan and didn't ask for their docs until late. It has been over a month since I initially applied. Worst experience trying to simply get home. Numerous delays and cancellation! Then rescheduled the next day and that was delayed about 2 hours, i missed my connection in Philadelphia, i missed Christmas with my family because of the lack of competence with this company!
I have had nothing but problems since I opened my account bad customer service and every transaction takes twice as long to go thru except when they are charging you that goes thru immediately imagine that
AACU is a mess. I opened an account and they forgot to send my card and checkbook. Now they're saying I didn't order an initial checkbook. 75% of the time I call them, the customer service rep transfers me to the "correct" extension, but when I explain my case to the new person they say "sorry we don't handle that here". I'm also trying to reset my security questions but nobody I have talked to knows how to do that. I'm baffled at how disorganized everything is.
