You phone service is very misleading...........because of that I'm closing accounts..............third time this year something happened to my accounts!!!

In August, I got hit with a duplicate charge while shopping in Kroger. This credit union denied my request to return my money to me based on what? It was an identical dollar and cents amount that occurred within minutes of each other due to a register shut down. Kroger promised it would be voided and returned to me, now AAFCU says it was a legitimate charge and will not be returned to me. I have money stolen from me by Kroger and AAFCU will not give me my money back. Why? This is outrageous.
Love LAX AA Credit Union! Was able to arrange for my husband to pick up a check last minute at LAX on his way out of town. All this while I'm on a trip as well. I don't know what I would have done without them! Thanks!

Our branch has always been great to deal with for over 25 years. SHARED branches however.....make it VERY difficult to transact! Fall River Municipal CU! 👎🏻
The AAFCU has lost sight of being for it's members. It now is following the Airline itself in a quest to provide no service. Such a sad state of affairs for what was once a great service.
