I called customer service and ‘John’ was extremely rude. He told me to go to my local branch. I told him I had already done that and they told me I HAD to call the 1-800 number. He abruptly put me on an eternal Hold and after 14 min I hung up. Don’t even know WHY he dumped me on hold. I do remember the days when helpful folks were employed there. I didn’t get any helpful direction at all!!! Now ... not sure what to do.
After 25 years with the credit union, I can honestly say I can no longer recommend it to anyone. There system updates are a laugh, they don't even have a fraud department. Don't worry it is not their money being lost month after month after month. Protect our resources, what a laugh.
